Returns Policy

Refunds and Exchanges

If you have any queries regarding refunding or exchanging goods purchased from us please contact us and we will try to help in whatever way we can.  If you require advice on sizing or measurements please get in touch.  Our policy is as outlined below:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned in its original condition, unused and with tickets attached or in its original packaging as applicable.

Please contact us first here to let us know what is being returned and whether you require a refund or an exchange subject to stock availability. Please confirm the item(s) description, size and colour etc. If you would like an exchange, please clearly indicate what you would like to exchange the item(s) for, description, colour and size etc and we will check to make sure we have this available to exchange for you. International customers please be advised that we will not refund any charges or taxes you may incur when returning goods to us.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and recommend it should be sent by a trackable means such as recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

Providing the item(s) are received by Sidneyboo! in a new, unused & resalable condition, we will refund your payment via the original payment method or exchange goods to the value of the original purchase price minus shipping costs upon receipt.  However, please allow 7 days during busy periods. We will send a confirmation email when the refund/exchange has been processed.

If you have an item you believe to be faulty please contact us in the first instance.  We can then arrange for it to be returned and refunded or replaced as necessary.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 Right to withdraw.

You have the right to withdraw from your agreement to purchase, but this right ends 7 days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be repaid to you by way of a credit to your account within 7 days on receipt of your return. HOWEVER, we may have dispatched or delivered the products you have ordered already. In this instance, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. To avoid this happening, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw.
